The owner sold me some screw extractors and they worked perfectly - but every time I removed a screw the extractor would get jammed into it. I came back not once, not twice, but THREE times and he helped me get the screws off the extractor every time. Really nice guy - and the store is fully equipped for whatever you may need! Make this your new go to hardware store ✨

Love this place - super nice and helpful, usually can find exactly what I need, explain exactly how to use it, and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Great neighborhood hardware store!

These guys are like dads/brothers for me. As a young woman who not handy at all. I come in there for literally EVERYTHING. Bulbs, tape, strainer, drainer. I couldn’t open a can of salsa and they opened it for me. Most helpful and decent men in all of NY. Mario, Naji, & the boys yall are the best. The neighborhood needed a hardware store. And we got the best one.

Great hardware store. Very courteous, and they have a lot. Another person recommended them to me over a different hardware store I usually went to, and that they have just about everything. On my impressions, they do, prices are fair as well. We needed a good hardware store in this neighborhood, and now we have one. I do recommend.

I recently visited Royal Hardware, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The store has an excellent selection of tools, hardware, and home improvement supplies, all well-organized and easy to navigate. I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle, and the staff even offered great advice for the project I was working on. Best hardware store in Brooklyn. Brought my bike into the store because I needed spacers for my rack. Mario built the spacers on the spot with some wood, a drill, and an honorary degree in mechanical engineering. Better than any bike shop would have done, and only cost $5 highly recommend

I really like shopping at Royal Hardware. It’s a local store, but they always seem to have what I need, whether it’s a specific screw, paint supplies, or plumbing parts. The people working there are always helpful and actually know what they’re talking about, which makes a big difference. You don’t feel rushed or ignored like in bigger stores. It’s a reliable place to grab your materials quickly and get back to work. Support local places like this are hard to come by
